Our commitment to privacy

At Kyowa Kirin International UK Holdco Ltd (to be renamed to KKI Grunenthal UK HoldCo Ltd – “Grunenthal Meds”) we believe transparency is the foundation of trustful collaboration.

Depending on your relationship with us – whether you are a member of the public, healthcare professional, business partner or patient – we may collect and further process your personal data – such as identification, contact, professional, financial or technical information.

We will process your data for specific purposes such as managing our (contractual) relationship with you, manage your requests, contact you etc. provided we have a legal basis for the processing – i.e. when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for compliance with a legal obligation of ours, when there is a legitimate interest for processing or when you provide us your consent to do so. We will only keep your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil these purposes, in accordance with the legal requirements. 

In the context of our business, we may share your data with members of the Grunenthal Meds group, business partners, contractors and service providers, a new entity or purchaser, organizations as well as regulators and legal authorities as required to. Because of the international nature of our business, this may require that your personal data are ultimately transferred to a destination outside of your country of residence. In such a case we will ensure compliance with data protection laws and that an adequate level of data protection exists before transferring your personal data.
